Assisted migration

Bring your Pipedrive data to Capable.

Export your organizations, people, deals and activities from Pipedrive, and we’ll help you map them to Capable. Pipelines, stages and owners are mapped deliberately, and you review the result before your team switches.

Moving from Pipedrive

Keep your pipelines and their stages together.

Pipedrive is organized around deals moving through pipelines. Each deal links to an organization and a person, and activities, notes and files are exported separately. Mapping each pipeline and stage explicitly keeps your deals where your team expects them.

What to prepare before the move

  1. Identify the organizations, people and deals you want to move.
  2. Add the ID column to each export, plus the linked organization and person on deals.
  3. List your pipelines, stages, owners and currencies for mapping.
  4. Export the activities and notes you want to keep as separate files.
  5. Flag custom fields, products, files, automations and integrations for separate review.

Can I import Pipedrive exports myself?

Not yet. The self-service importer supports Salesforce, HubSpot and Attio today. For Pipedrive we help with the mapping and import, and we agree the scope and any cost before we start.

Can I migrate the data myself?

Yes. Workspace admins can import supported Salesforce, HubSpot and Attio CSV exports in Settings → Data management → CRM migration. Upload your files, map fields and relationships, review the preview, then run the import and check its results. Assisted help is optional. For Pipedrive and other CRMs, we help with the migration and confirm the scope first.

Is this an automatic connection?

The importer uses CSV files that you export from your current CRM. It does not connect directly to Salesforce, HubSpot or Attio, and it does not keep the two systems in sync.

Are there limits to a self-service import?

Each batch accepts up to 20 CSV files and 1,000 records, with a combined file size of 500 KiB (512,000 bytes). Split larger exports into smaller batches. Imports create records; they do not overwrite existing data or provide an ongoing sync. Complex configurations need separate planning.

Will everything move?

Coverage depends on the records, fields and relationships in your export. Preview the supported data before importing. Custom objects, automation, integrations, files and unsupported history need separate assessment; a CSV import does not recreate your entire CRM setup.

How long will it take?

Timing depends on your export size, mapping and configuration. You can work through a self-service import at your own pace. For assisted migrations, we estimate the work after reviewing your setup and intended switch date.

Do I need an export before getting in touch?

No. If you want assisted help, start with a description of your setup and the data you need to bring. For a self-service import, you’ll need CSV exports ready to upload.
