Not with a dedicated Lime import yet. We move it with you through the general CSV importer, which is part of the free move.
We use Lime Go, not Lime CRM. Does that change anything?
No. We start from what your Lime account can export, and plan the mapping with you the same way.
Our ERP is connected to Lime. What happens to that?
Integrations do not move by themselves. We list the ones your team relies on, such as your ERP, in your switching plan and agree what to connect, replace or leave behind.
Lime is European. Is Capable too?
Yes. Capable is a Swedish company, built in Stockholm, and your customer records stay in the EU: the database, files, call recordings and the app all run there.
Do I have to cancel my old CRM first?
No. The pilot runs next to it, and we make the switch once your team is working in Capable. You cancel the old CRM on your own schedule.
How much does switching cost?
The move and the pilot are free. You start paying your normal Capable plan when you switch.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much data and setup you have. You get an estimate in your switching plan after the intro call.
What happens to our history?
Notes, tasks and logged calls, emails and meetings come with you as activity on the right records, with their original dates. Files, the full text of emails and anything your export doesn't contain are planned with you in your switching plan.
Will my team have to learn a new tool?
They can keep working through Claude or ChatGPT, or use Capable's web app.
